How is it possible for the UN and mainstream news outlets to be mostly wrong about Israel?

For the media, the full answer is coming soon. In the meantime:

  • A 2014 Atlantic Magazine article from a former Associated Press journalist. It’s a rare occasion that an organization actually investigated a matter related to Israel. Usually they just present the superficial account, which can easily look bad, or they merely quote what others say and many of them lack the full knowledge or are biased.

  • The co-founder of Wikipedia wants to reform it because of bias and unprofessionalism.

For the UN, the short answer for now is that it’s a democracy. Starting in 1970, a majority of the members were anti-West or at least anti-Israel- the dozens of Arab and Muslim nations, the fifteen from the Soviet Union, Soviet satellite states, China and her dependents, and other communist and autocratic regimes.

One point is live on the site that highlights the problem of the UN (and media): Israel is not obligated to relinquish all the territory captured in 1967. (Preview on Home.)

What does the Torah say about antisemitism? When will the Jews know peace?

For now, here are two articles: Rabbi Raphael Shore and Chabad.

Coming soon:

Why doesn’t Israel do more against the groups that openly call for its destruction? The better question is: Why doesn’t the world help Israel?

The Two-State Solution seems to be the problem. Is there another idea?

Concerning the West Bank and Gaza, what different approach could Israel have taken after the Six-Day War of 1967?
